Dieter Berger, born in 1965, passed his commercial professional training focusing on the areas of human resource management and financial accounting. Additionally, he possesses a degree in systemic coaching. Since 1991 he has successfully served as founder and managing director of the ABSOLUT Group, which he is continually expanding. The Group’s main focus is on the placement of both specialised and managerial professionals and the supply of temporary workers for the commercial, medical, ICT, semiconductor and automotive sector. The ABSOLUT Group is currently active in the Central European region with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To allow the internationalisation of the customer portfolio he founded ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in 2008 which covers the Anglo-Saxon and Northern European markets. He sets the person and the sense in the centre point of his way of thinking and acting.

Dejan Popovic was born in 1971. After his degree as Magister Artium in German and Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in 1999, he started working at ABSOLUT as a personnel consultant.  He is responsible for the assignment and placement of medical management and qualified personnel. He became part of the management team in 2003. Beginning in 2009, he will become an associate of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH and ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. He strives for an open and solutions oriented relationship with customers, candidates and employees.

Jasmin Klarmann was born in 1978. Since 2003 she served as a personnel consultant. During her career she has worked for an international headhunting company where she focused wholeheartedly on the automotive industry. Since the end of 2008, she established the automotive sector for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement. Professional interaction with clients and candidates and an understanding of the constant development of this pulsating industry are very important to her.
