Dejan Popovic was born in 1971. After his degree as Magister Artium in German and Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in 1999, he started working at ABSOLUT as a personnel consultant.  He is responsible for the assignment and placement of medical management and qualified personnel. He became part of the management team in 2003. Beginning in 2009, he will become an associate of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH and ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. He strives for an open and solutions oriented relationship with customers, candidates and employees.

Sarah Ruck
 was born in 1981. After successfully completing her business apprenticeship at a medium-sized temporary employment company in 2006 she gained experience in the industrial employment business sector before she joined the ABSOLUT Group in 2007 to supply qualified medical and healthcare staff into the care environment. During her assignment she achieved a business degree in Human Resources Management at the “Akademie Handel” in Munich.

In May 2009 Miss Ruck joined ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in Brighton to set up the Medical and Healthcare Department and was responsible for the assignment and placement of qualified medical and healthcare personnel.

In January 2010 Sarah was promoted Director for the UK operations and is in charge of the Medical/Healthcare and Commercial/Media departments. She is always interested in a constant contact with her customers and employees.

Chris Sayles was born in 1982 in Nottingham, UK. After finishing his Media studies at Fareham College he went to start his full time assignment with a international banking institute as a Lending Consultant and was responsible for accounts up to one million pounds. He started his recruitment career with a nationwide Group concentrating on permanent Medical and Care Recruitment. He placed high qualified Care Staff and Management Staff into Care environments. Due to moving to the South East of England he went into Marketing Sales with a publishing house in London. He was managing key accounts for big magazines regarding print and online advertisement. He joined ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in 2010 and will be looking after the temporary and permanent recruitment for Care Staff and Management Staff in the area of East and West Sussex. Chris enjoys meeting the needs of clients and making the business relationships work between our employees and clients.

Chris Mitchell was born in Cuckfield in 1988. After completing College he started his Business Studies at the University of Chichester in 2007. During his studies he developed a huge interest in Human Ressources Management and focus on gained experience through voluntary apprenticeships.

Chris joined ABSOLUT Consulting Group in August 2010 and supports the Medical & Healthcare department as a Junior Researcher/Consultant.

Julia Tiglerborn in 1971, graduated in business economics at the university of Cologne. She gained first experiences as junior account executive, working for national and international consumer brands within leading advertising agencies of Germany. She expanded her marketing experience working in the marketing department of an insurance company.

Since 2005 she is serving as a personnel recruiter. Julia Tigler is well grounded in the area of employee assignment for both the commercial as well as the medical-custodial sector which she supervises at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement in Cologne. Beginning in 2007, Julia Tigler has served in her current position as divisional head and the contact partner for customers, candidates and employees at ABSOLUT. Her emphasis lies on the placement and assignment of personnel in the medical custodial sector as well as the commercial sector.

Shadia Selmani was born in 1962. She is a certified interpreter and translator for English and French. For more than 10 years Shadia Selmani has been working as personnel recruiter. Since 2007 she serves as division manager and contact person at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement for all subjects related to the temporary supply of workers and the personnel service in the medical and commercial sector. In addition to being a catechised nurse, Helene Schaewitz, born in 1965, trained for two additional years in the field of Gerontology and Psychiatry. After many years of experience as a nurse and ward manager in the clinical area and perennial activity in sales/home care she became a consultant for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement in 2007. Her tasks cover the assignment and placement of both qualified personnel and assistants in the medical sector. She is always looking for fast and professional solutions as well as providing individual ways to support customers, candidates and employees.

Vanessa Baumgärtler was born in Munich (Germany) in 1977. Already during her studies she worked in the areas of art marketing and personnel management as well as in the support programs for elite groups of the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst – German Academic Exchange Service). After graduating with an M.A. in Philosophy and Psychology she worked for an international semiconductor organisation within the marketing department. Since March 2009, Vanessa Baumgärtler has been responsible for the placement and allocation of medical personnel at Absolut PersonalManagement mbH. Maintaining a competent and reliable relationship with her customers, candidates and colleagues is of particular importance to her.

Antje Fickelscheerer was born in 1983. Since qualifying as a land surveyor, Antje Fickelscheerer has served with ABSOLUT PersonalManagement as personnel consultant in the medical sector ever since 2007. Daniel Köhler, born in 1964, finished his commercial training in 2006 and has worked for the ABSOLUT Group since 2008. Jaqueline Behnke was born in 1984. During her commercial apprenticeship with an international company, she focused on personnel management and accountancy. She then went on to work in the human resources sector. In early 2008 she started a distance education programme at the private University of Applied Sciences, Göttingen (Germany) which she will complete in 2011. She has worked in the medical sector of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement since 2008 and her responsibilities include the assignment and placement of qualified personnel within this particular department. Customer satisfaction and a trust-worthy co-operative working relationship with her colleagues and employees are of extreme importance to her.

Thomas Gromann was born on 30th December 1980 in Sindelfingen. In 2009 he graduated successfully at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen with a diploma in Economics. His field of studies focused on human recourses, organisation and marketing. Since 2009 he is part of the ABSOLUT Umbrella Company as a Recruitment Consultant for Medical & Care based in Munich. Mr Thiemo van de Flierdt was born in 1981. He completed his degree in Business Law at the Leuphana University in Lueneburg in 2008. His major fields of studies were Human Resources Management, Labour Law and International Business Law. Mr van de Flierdt joined Absolut PersonalManagement GmbH as Recruitment Consultant in September 2009. Anis Guizani was born 1979 in Cologne. After successfully completing his apprenticeship as a business administration clerk he worked for Air Berlin and UTS in Tunisia. During his assignment in the tourism sector he indentified himself working for an international business. His excellent knowledge of Arabic and French made it possible for him to meet his client’s various wishes and needs during their stay abroad.

He joined the ABSOLUT Group in 2010 and will support the Medical and Care Department in our office in Stuttgart. Due to his passion for providing excellent services he finds the most effective solution for his candidates and clients at all times.
